Our

partnership

with TCS

SportVibes & TCS.

We have been TCS’ agency for the Amsterdam Marathon since 2019. From TCS, 2,500 runners participate in the marathon every year, divided between employees, customers and partners. And in total TCS receives 5,000 guests in their hospitality solutions; literally along the start and finish line in the Olympic Stadium.

Hospitality.

SportVibes is responsible for TCS’ hospitality event during the TCS Amsterdam Marathon, from concept and design to execution. In addition, we translate the annual campaigns into the TCS booth at the Marathon Expo, provide city and course branding and develop various on- and offline communications.

The full experience.

TCS enriched the running experience of its guests at different moments during the marathon journey. Starting with the invitation process that continued at the Marathon expo, where the runners could pick up their start ticket. For the TCS runners, a special fastlane was developed, where the start pack could be picked up. On the day of the marathon, all TCS guests are welcomed in the hospitality tent of some 2,000m2. This tent with a large terrace is located on the field in the Olympic Stadium, next to the start and finish. Guests can visit the hospitality tent throughout the day for food, drinks and a well-deserved massage.

Supporting cancer research.

Last year marked the 13th year of TCS’ title sponsorship of the Amsterdam Marathon. As part of this long-standing commitment to the event, they have raised more than €3 million for pioneering cancer research. The money benefits the Amsterdam UMC Cancer Center Amsterdam (CCA) through KWF (Dutch Cancer Society).

Participants of the marathon, including around 2,000 TCS customers, employees, and partners, do their bit for charity.
